Valvo EZ90/6X4WA/CV493/U78 rectifier tube.
This tube features a 45 degrees horse shoe getter and grey plates, made my MBLE/Adzam (Brussels) in the early 1960ies. Super rare item!
Looks new, tests new but does not have the orignal box.
