Single 5B/255M CV391 made by STC for the British Armed Forces
The 5B/255M was the British take on the 6L6 and EL34 but with loctal 8-pin socket. This a extremly robust tube for demanding applications. It is electrical very similar to the 6L6 and the EL34 and can be used as drop-in replacement in most cases. Grid voltage may need adjustment in non-biased 6L6 circuits. The 5B/255M are 6L6 on steroids!

These tubes are from famed STC production and carry the KB/F production code. Absolutely 100% new in military boxes.
