Dear US-Customers while the tariff situation seems to be unclear and ever changing, the de minimis rule (no tariffs on imports below 800$) is still valid for goods shipped from Europe. The executive order regarding the end of the de minimis rule from April 2nd does only apply to goods shipped from China and Hongkong. We are located in Germany. So, all goods shipped from us to the US are still free of tariffs as long as the total value is below 800$. This in confirmed by the Customs Border Protection: https://www.cbp.gov/trade/basic-import-export/internet-purchases section “Postal Service, Couriers and Freight”. As long as the de minimis is valid you will not need to pay additional tariffs no matter how the tariff situation between the US and the EU plays out in the near future. Dismiss
