Mullard EZ90/6X4/CV493/U78 rectifier tube. The tube is absolutely new and in immaculate condition. This tube comes with folded D-getter and governmental print.
This was most likely the very first series of 6X4/CV493 produced in the UK. Code is YY ID. According to the coding in the Philips empire these were produced by Ediswan for Mullard („I“) in April 1951 or 1954 („D“), the old Philips code is unfortunately not very precise regarding the year…..The tube type itself was introduced to the market in 1951.
The tube comes in its original box. Box has minor storage wear.
