This tube features long grey plates and a big black center shield. Nicely balanced triode systems.
Made in 196oies in the USA (most come with 1962 date codes). We suppose these to be made by Raytheon.

This double triode is from a OEM bulk crate, hence no original box. It will be supplied in a plain white box.
